The Product Manager 3 applies a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs and the competitive landscape to drive commercial success. They own the strategy, roadmap and delivery of one or more products and develops and empowers Product Managers. They also oversee management of the product lifecycle and ensures alignment between internal teams and stakeholders.

This role involves managing the implementation of complex backend systems, guiding the development cycle from business requirements to execution, and leading an agile development team for successful product delivery. You will shape the product vision, manage the entire lifecycle, maintain a prioritized backlog, and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders within the SAFe framework.

As Agile Coach, you’ll report to the Director, Agile Product Delivery in our Agile Delivery unit and join a highly collaborative and tight-knit team to help maintain and improve the development and delivery of SD Elements to its customers, working across multiple teams leveraging mastery of process and project management to continuously improve product development.

Lead embedded software projects from pre-sales discovery through execution, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery. Act as the primary point of contact for client engagements, maintaining strong alignment with technical and business stakeholders. Facilitate internal and customer-facing meetings, presenting technical and project updates with clarity and confidence. Monitor and optimize project performance.

This Project Manager is responsible for managing the setup, execution, and reporting for multiple IT projects supporting the commercial business. The position is ideal for a candidate with approximately six years of experience and will be based on the East Coast, working in close partnership with a Product Owner. The Project Manager will serve as the central point for project execution.
